- ALL content, questions, answers, and explanations are generated by Artificial Intelligence
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
- We provide NO WARRANTY regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any negative outcomes from using our platform
- This platform is for PRACTICE ONLY and should not be your sole preparation method
- You use this platform entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MockTestZone ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, DO NOT USE OUR PLATFORM.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MockTestZone, operated as an AI-experimental education technology platform in India.

- AI-powered hints and solutions
2.2 Experimental Nature
This platform is in continuous experimentation. Features, content, and AI models may change without notice. We make no guarantees about consistency or availability of any feature or content.
2.3 Content Accuracy Disclaimer
ALL questions, answers, explanations, and educational content on this platform are generated by AI. We DO NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Users must independently verify all information.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Poor exam performance or failure
- Incorrect answers or explanations provided by AI
- Misunderstanding of concepts due to AI-generated content
- Any academic, professional, or personal losses
- Reliance on our platform as the primary or sole study resource
- Time spent on the platform without desired results
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the last 30 days.
4. No Guarantees or Promises
We explicitly DO NOT promise or guarantee:
- Exam success or improved scores
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Relevance to actual exam patterns
- Completeness of syllabus coverage
- Availability of services at all times
- Fitness for any particular purpose
Any positive outcomes are coincidental. We hope for positive results but accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for negative outcomes.
5. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgments
By using MockTestZone, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will NOT rely solely on our platform for exam preparation
- You will verify all information independently
- You understand the experimental nature of AI technology
- You accept full responsibility for your exam performance
- You will use official study materials as primary resources
- You will not hold us liable for any outcomes
- You are at least 13 years of age
6. Services Provided
MockTestZone provides:
- AI-generated practice tests and questions
- Automated scoring and performance tracking
- AI-powered explanations and hints
- Guest access (80% features without registration)
- Subscription tiers (FREE and BASIC)
All services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.
7. Accounts and User Data
7.1 Account Creation
Users may access 80% of features as guests. Registration provides additional features but does not guarantee better outcomes.
7.2 Data Deletion Rights
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data. We will comply with deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
7.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms, misuse, or at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
While content is AI-generated, the platform, its design, and system architecture remain our property. Users may use content for personal educational purposes only.
Systematic downloading, copying, or redistribution of content is prohibited.
9. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (BASIC tier) provide additional features but DO NOT guarantee better exam results. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Subscription benefits are limited to platform features and do not include any success guarantees.
10. Prohibited Uses
Users shall NOT:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to extract or scrape AI models or algorithms
- Redistribute or sell platform content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems
- Use automated systems to access the platform
- Misrepresent the platform's capabilities to others
- Hold us responsible for exam outcomes
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MockTestZone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws regarding data protection and consumer rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via platform announcement.

BY USING MOCKTESTZONE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXPERIMENTAL AI NATURE OF OUR PLATFORM AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USAGE AND OUTCOMES.
